FAQ

Questions, answered

New to training? Here's everything you need to know before your first class.

I've never done martial arts. Am I too out of shape to start?

Not at all. Our classes welcome total beginners and every fitness level — you set the pace, and you'll get in shape by training, not before it. Your first class is free.

How young can my kids start?

Our Mini's BJJ welcomes ages 3–8 and Kid's BJJ runs ages 8–15. We also offer kids' Tae Kwon Do on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just comfortable athletic clothes and a water bottle. We'll guide you on gear for BJJ, Muay Thai, boxing, or Tae Kwon Do once you've found your fit.

Where are you located and when are you open?

We're at 1400B W College St, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. We're open Mon/Wed/Fri 8:45 AM–8:30 PM, Tue/Thu 4–8:30 PM, and Saturday 11 AM–12 PM. Other times are available by appointment.
